Mercado Pago integration with full webhook handling. ~3,500 rows migrated from legacy MySQL with checksum-validated integrity. AI agent trained in-repo to assist future commercial logic changes.

Web-based panelist management portal that replaced Excel spreadsheets as the system of record for survey participants. Personal dashboard with points balance, payment history, and survey availability. Automated email notifications for every point earned and payment processed. Bulk Excel upload/download for admin operations. The result wasn't gamification — it was transparency. Panelists who could see their earnings came back.

Full AWS infrastructure rebuild from Ohio to us-east-1. Terraform/Terragrunt now governs 100% of resources — up from 70%. EKS cut from 28 On-Demand nodes to 6–8 Spot via Karpenter. 83 Lambdas migrated to Terraform with per-function metrics and centralized dashboards. RDS MySQL migrated to Aurora Serverless v2. 12 Route53 zones consolidated to 2 apex. GitOps pipeline: CodeCommit → CodeBuild → ECR → Argo CD with immutable commit-SHA tags. Full CloudWatch observability with SNS email alerts across 3 severity streams.

What was a multi-step manual process across four disconnected platforms is now a single automated flow with a full audit trail. No human opens Siigo. No one manually updates Bitrix24.
