B&Optimos operates two CAMTECH-built platforms: PanelWhy (50,000+ active panelists) and Orión (survey data analytics). But the piece in the middle — the actual survey experience — didn't exist as a unified system. Surveys were fielded through whatever tools were available. Respondents faced different interfaces per survey. Mobile users — the majority — were abandoned to tiny desktop forms. Answers had to be manually re-entered into Orión. The firm had the audience and the analytics, but no collection layer connecting them.

No unified survey experience — respondents faced different interfaces per survey. No consistent flow, no branding, no progress tracking. Every survey felt like a different product, eroding trust and completion rates.
No mobile-first design — existing tools were desktop-first with tiny radio buttons. In Colombia, mobile is the dominant access point. Respondents abandoned surveys on question 3 because the interface fought them.

A Flutter mobile-first survey app that connects B&Optimos's three platform pillars into a single respondent flow. PanelWhy validates who's taking the survey, the Flutter app delivers the experience, and Orión processes the results — automatically. Respondents navigate a path-based question flow with branching logic: answer one way, skip irrelevant questions. Answer another way, dive deeper. Dual progress bars show category-level and question-level completion — respondents always know where they are and how far they have to go. Four question types cover all common research patterns: single choice with auto-advance on tap, multi-choice with checkboxes, free text with phone and number input variants, and autocomplete multi-select for brand lists with dozens of options. Answers auto-save to the server on every advance. Close the browser, switch devices, come back later — the system finds the incomplete interview and resumes from the last answered question. Validation enforces required answers, regex patterns, numeric ranges, and cross-field consistency. The existing demo — deployed and serving respondents — handles ~150 questions across 5 product categories with Material 3 theme, B&Optimos blue (#0057B8), DM Sans font, and Spanish-only UI. The same Flutter codebase runs on web, iOS, and Android. The full system design extends with 8 add-on modules for different commercial tiers: quota management, supervision with auto-flag rules, survey analytics, push notifications, and more.
