1. Acceptance and scope

By using CAMTECH AI website or services, you agree to these terms and any service-specific scope defined in proposal, SOW, or agreement.

These terms apply to pilots, production deployments, and related support unless superseded by a signed master agreement or order form.

2. Services covered

CAMTECH AI provides AI services across 27 delivery capabilities — including messaging and commerce automation, agentic workflow pipelines, market research and survey intelligence, AI-driven marketplace platforms, supply chain and inventory intelligence, document processing, content and campaign automation, managed infrastructure, and scheduling tools — backed by 6 proprietary SaaS platforms (SynapMess, SynapInsight, SynapMarket, SynapChain, SynapSpark, SynapID) and a custom AI delivery track.

• Delivery scope is defined per project and may include integrations with approved third-party platforms.
• Standard pilot timeline is defined as fourteen (14) calendar days from confirmed project kickoff. Kickoff confirmation is the date on which all of the following are received by CAMTECH AI in writing: (a) approved and signed project scope document, (b) all required system access credentials or API keys, and (c) confirmed receipt of the initial payment milestone. The 14-day clock starts only at kickoff confirmation, not at the date of proposal acceptance or first contact.
• Final delivery timing may extend beyond 14 days if: (a) scope change requests are submitted after kickoff, (b) required third-party API access is delayed by external providers, (c) client-side approval cycles, data delivery, or testing participation exceed reasonable timeframes, or (d) force majeure events occur. Any such extension must be documented in writing by both parties.
• Pilot delivery produces defined, measurable outputs per the signed scope. Continuation beyond the pilot (ongoing retainer, Phase 2, maintenance) is governed by a separate agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to systems required for implementation.
• Obtain lawful end-user consents for messaging channels and customer data flows.
• Maintain account credential security and follow reasonable security practices.
• Use services in compliance with applicable law and platform rules.

4. Fees and payment

• Commercial terms, billing cadence, and currency are defined in the governing proposal or agreement.
• Stripe or approved payment rails may be used for processing.
• Default milestone model may use 40% upfront, 30% midpoint, and 30% delivery unless a custom signed schedule applies.
• Late or failed payments may result in service restriction, suspension, or delivery delays until accounts are regularized.

5. Intellectual property

• Client retains ownership of client-owned data and client-branded assets.
• CAMTECH AI retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, reusable components, and internal methods unless explicitly assigned in writing.
• Project-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned as stated in the governing agreement.

6. Data and privacy

Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable contractual obligations.

CAMTECH AI does not sell personal data and processes service data only for legitimate delivery and compliance purposes.

Where CAMTECH AI acts as processor, client instructions and lawful collection responsibilities remain with the client organization.

7. Platform and acceptable use

• Use of Meta channels must comply with Meta platform terms and local laws.
• Prohibited activities include spam, unlawful content, deceptive practices, and unauthorized data collection.
• CAMTECH AI may suspend integrations that create platform, legal, or security risk.

8. Availability and warranty boundaries

• CAMTECH AI will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and quality.
• No service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• AI-assisted outputs require business review before mission-critical action unless otherwise explicitly contractually defined. Automated decision engines delivering accounting, billing, or CRM actions must be configured with explicit client-approved business rules.

9. Liability limitations

• Each party remains responsible for its own lawful conduct and contractual obligations.
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect and consequential damages are limited unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• Any aggregate liability framework follows the signed commercial agreement where present and is commonly capped to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate according to contractual notice terms, commonly 30 days where no custom clause applies.
• Upon termination, service access and processing may cease except for lawful retention obligations.
• Export or handover support, when required, follows agreed scope and timelines.

11. Governing law and dispute handling

• When contracting with CAMTECH AI SAS, Colombian law typically applies unless otherwise agreed.
• When contracting with CAMTECH AI LLC, Florida law typically applies unless otherwise agreed.
• Dispute resolution method and venue are defined in the governing contract where applicable.

12. Changes to these terms

CAMTECH AI may update these terms to reflect service evolution, legal changes, or risk controls.

Material changes will be published with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified through client channels.

Note — SaaS Product Subscription Terms

The 6 Synap products (SynapMess, SynapInsight, SynapMarket, SynapChain, SynapSpark, SynapID) operate on a subscription model. When Synap products launch commercially, dedicated subscription terms will be published covering: auto-renewal cycles, cancellation policy, data export on termination, trial conditions, and SLA commitments. Until those terms are published, these Terms of Service govern all CAMTECH AI engagements.
