CAMTECH AI platforms may be used for lawful commercial purposes consistent with agreed service scope, applicable law, and these terms.

2. Prohibited activities

• Spam, unsolicited messaging, and bulk abuse of messaging channels.
• Distribution of illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Circumventing platform controls or security measures.
• Violating Meta Platforms, WhatsApp, or other integrated channel policies.
• Processing data for purposes beyond agreed service scope.
• Sending automated commercial messages to US-based recipients without TCPA-compliant express written consent obtained prior to first contact.

3. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in service suspension, contract termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
